劉青,男,1967年6月生人,博士,教授,博士生導師,教育部新世紀優秀人才,“建龍特聘教授”。1989年至今在北京科技大學任教,現任北京科技大學鋼鐵冶金新技術國家重點實驗室副主任、北京科技大學雙語教學協會副理事長,是中國金屬學會連續鑄鋼分會副主任委員、冶金工藝與理論學術委員會委員,美國鋼鐵技術協會會員,美國礦物、金屬與材料學會會員,日本化學工程師學會會員,《連鑄》編委。2005年入選國家高等學校青年骨干教師培養計劃,于同年6月-9月赴澳大利亞拉籌伯大學、墨爾本大學等高校訪學,期間擔任上海交通大學、北京科技大學、南通大學3所高校訪學團團長。2007年入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計劃”, 2015年入選江蘇省揚州市“綠揚金鳳計劃”,2016年入選江蘇省“雙創”人才計劃。曾任北京科技大學科學研究與發展部副部長,北京科技大學冶金學院黨委副書記、煉鋼研究所支部書記、鋼鐵冶金系支部書記兼副系主任。
主要從事:1、連鑄凝固冷卻過程的精益控制。包括:(1)連鑄坯凝固特性與組織性能,(2)連鑄過程流動、凝固、傳熱、應力、電磁等多場耦合研究,(3)外場(電磁、超聲波)對連鑄坯凝固組織與質量的影響,(4)連鑄二次冷卻系統的設計、優化與二冷控制方法及配水模型。2、冶金過程工程。包括:(1)冶金工序的過程精準控制與流程運行的動態協同,(2)冶金制造過程系統的可靠性,(3)復雜制造流程的產能評價與分析,(4)冶金制造流程的優化配置,(5)鋼廠精益制造技術。 3、冶金過程模擬與優化。包括:(1)煉鋼過程模擬與優化;(2)爐外處理過程模擬與優化。4、金屬資源高效綜合利用。包括:(1)有色金屬選冶過程模擬與優化;(2)有色金屬選冶工藝優化與控制;(3)有色金屬制品生產過程優化與控制。主講本科生“鋼鐵冶金概論”、“軟件工程”、“冶金過程常用算法設計與分析”、“鋼鐵冶金學II”、“特殊鋼冶金過程工程(雙語)”等課程和研究生“冶鑄軋系統工程”課程。已發表學術論文170余篇,其中SCI、EI收錄70余篇,CA和METADEX收錄多篇,編著《現代鋼鐵流程煉鋼-連鑄新技術800問》(副主編)、《品種鋼/優特鋼連鑄900問》(副主編),著 Chapter 6:Control Technology of Solidification and Cooling in the Process of Continuous Casting of Steel,《Science and Technology of Casting Processes》, Prof. Malur Srinivasan (Ed.), ISBN: 978-953-51-0774-3, INTech Press. 取得國家“九五”重點科技攻關計劃優秀成果1項、省部級科技成果8項,獲得高等學校技術發明二等獎1項、高等學??萍歼M步二等獎2項,冶金科學技術三等獎3項,中國產學研合作創新成果二等獎1項,河北冶金科學技術一等獎、二等獎、上海市冶金科技進步二等獎、邯鄲市科學技術二等獎各1項,北京科技大學教學成果一等獎1項、三等獎2項,獲得中國金屬學會第四屆冶金先進青年科技工作者,科學中國人(2016)年度人物獎,獲專業學會優秀論文獎14項,獲授權國家發明專利6項、實用新型專利8項、外觀設計專利1項,登記國家計算機軟件著作權22個。

【期刊論文】Evolution of control models for secondary cooling in continuous casting process of steel

Secondary cooling control is an important factor in the continuous steel casting process. This paper reviews popular control models and analyzes their principles and characteristics. On the basis of the review, this paper pro poses a new concept called ‘‘effective-superheat’’ and a new control model called ‘‘synthetical model dynamic control method based on online temperature measurement.’’ The model, which combines the advantages of the popular models reviewed, not only allows steady, accurate and dynamic control of slab surface temperature, but also provides the temperature profile and the end of the liquid pool. In addition, this paper also discusses the current problems with secondary cooling control and the related development trends, which may be helpful for further development of secondary cooling control technology and informationization of the continuous casting process.

論述了生產工藝發展、工藝流程結構變化及余熱余能利用技術應用對鋼廠能耗的影響,以及鋼廠能耗分析與評價方法的研究進展. 指出基于物質流系統的能耗分析應注重主生產工序間物流狀況及各工序的工藝改進,基于能量流系統的能耗分析更重視能量子系統間的能源供求匹配、能級匹配;鋼鐵產品生命周期分析將能耗研究范圍擴展至鋼鐵生產過程的上、下游環節,有助于實現系統節能. 討論了現有能耗評價基準(理論最小值、實際最小值、優化后最佳值、世界/區域最佳實踐值)的優劣及其應用范圍,并結合一般系統的可靠性,提出和探討了鋼廠能耗可靠性評價及其深入研究方向,以挖掘系統在原料條件、產品結構及維修制度、操作水平等方面的節能潛力,實現能耗的精細控制.

為高效利用資源,充分利用低鎳鉻紅土礦中的鎳鉻元素,研發了一種新型耐候鋼06CuPNi1Cr2.針對轉爐冶煉耐候鋼過程金屬液中鉻元素氧化的問題,研究并討論了冶煉溫度和一氧化碳分壓對脫碳保鉻的影響. 轉爐冶煉06CuPNi1Cr2 耐候鋼模擬實驗表明,頂吹氧氣強度為3.0~3.3m3·min-1·t-1 ,終點碳的質量分數為0.02%~0.05%,冶煉終點溫度控制在1680~1700℃時,脫碳保鉻效果顯著.

針對連鑄生產中拉速及澆注溫度波動頻繁,導致靜態二冷配水控制下鑄坯表面溫度波動過大的問題,提出了一種基于有效拉速、有效過熱度的新型二冷控制模型. 該模型不需要在線實時計算溫度場,只需要在已有參數控制模型的基礎上,實時計算有效拉速及有效過熱度即可對連鑄坯的表面溫度進行很好的控制. 計算機仿真實驗表明,該控制模型對連鑄過程中拉速及過熱度的變化具有良好的適應能力,滿足連鑄生產的要求,而且模型簡單易行.

The liquidus temperature of steel is greatly affected by its chemical composition; therefore, the value of the liquidus temperature can vary among different types of steel. In this study, on the basis of the concept of differentiation, the Fe-i binary phase diagram is analyzed using Photoshop image processing software. The effects of eleven common alloying elements (C, Si, Mn, P, S, Ca, Ni, Cu, Cr, Nb, and Mo, whose content is between 0%~4%) on the melting point of pure iron are analyzed. This analysis proves the following assumption to be incorrect: the relationship between the change in liquidus temperature and the content of element i is a linear relationship; this assumption is the basis of traditional liquidus calculation models. A new model for calculating the liquidus temperature of steel is established in this study. As compared to data from other literature, the model proposed in this paper has good generality and the calculation error of the liquidus temperature of steel is between ?3 and 4 °C, which is acceptable. A statistical analysis of the experimental data for different steel grades (obtained from Laiwu Special Steel) using the developed model showed that 87.2% of the absolute deviation values of the temperature are within 4°C. This result shows the model to be both reasonable and credible.

The process model for BOF process can be applied to predict the liquid steel composition and bath temperature during the whole steelmaking process. On the basis of the traditional three-stage decarburization theory, the concept of mixing degree was put forward, which was used to indicate the effect of oxygen jet on decarburization. Furthermore, a more practical process model for BOF steelmaking was developed by analyzing the effect of silicon, manganese, oxygen injection rate, oxygen lance height, and bath temperature on decarburization.Process verification and end-point verification for the process model have been carried out, and the verification results show that the prediction accuracy of carbon content reaches 82.6% (the range of carbon content at the end-point is less than 0.1wt%) and 85.7% (the range of carbon content at end-point is 0.1wt%-0.7wt%) when the absolute error is less than 0.02wt% and 0.05wt%, respectively.

By analysing the factors that affect oxygen consumption during the basic oxygen furnace steelmaking process, a multiple linear regression model for predicting the oxygen blowing quantity was obtained on the basis of actual production data. Additionally, an oxygen balance model for prediction of the oxygen blowing quantity was established on the basis of oxygen balance. These two models were amalgamated to establish an integrated model for prediction of the oxygen blowing quantity. The average relative error of the integrated model is ,1%, and the hit rate of the integrated model is 97?14% when the relative errors of the model are within 5%.Relative to the multiple linear regression and the oxygen balance models, the integrated model may provide a more accurate prediction of the oxygen blowing quantity, and thus represents a good reference point for actual production.

在功能可靠度和時產率可靠性評價指標的基礎上,結合鋼鐵生產過程系統能源消耗狀況的分析,建立了能耗可靠性評價方法,提出了能耗可靠度、工序能效比及相近度等評價指標體系來描述鋼鐵生產過程系統的能耗可靠性.運用貢獻指數的概念定量分析了后兩者對能耗可靠度的影響,并應用于國內某特殊鋼廠電弧爐生產過程單元. 結果表明: 該電弧爐工序的能耗可靠度由2008 年的0. 64 提高到2009 年的0.72.另外,還分析了該廠2006—2009 年電爐工序能耗可靠度變化的主要原因.
