軟巖隧道中不同支護設計方案的數值模擬

摘要:為了研究渭武高速木寨嶺隧道中炭質板巖隧道大變形區段不同支護方案的合理性及安全性,采用數值模擬法和綜合安全系數法等方法分析隧道支護結構內力,對支護材料及結構內力進行定量評價,通過對比分析選出最合適的支護設計方案。首先,針對木寨嶺軟巖隧道建設提出弱支護、中支護、強支護3種支護設計方案,通過有限差分軟件FLAC3D對每種方案下的隧道采用三臺階七步開挖法的開挖過程進行模擬計算。其次,定量評價軟巖蠕變下支護結構災變發生,并對支護設計參數進行合理性評價。最后,分別評價3種方案下支護結構在大變形過程中的安全性。結果表明,對于軟巖隧道,中支護設計方案結構內力分布更加合理,安全性有所提高。

Numerical simulation of different support design plans in soft rock tunnel
Abstract:In order to study the rationality of and safety of different supporting plans in the carbon slate tunnel deformation section of the Muzhailing tunnel in Wei-Wu highway, numerical simulation and comprehensive safety factor methods were used to analysis the internal force of the tunnel supporting structure,quantitative evaluation of the supporting material and the structural internal force were made through comparing and analyzing to select the most appropriate support design plan. Firstly, three supporting design plans were proposed for the construction of Muzhailing soft rock tunnel, and the excavation process of three-step and seven-step excavation method is simulated through the finite difference software FLAC3D. Secondly, the occurrence of support structure catastrophe under soft rock creep were evaluated quantitatively, and the rationality of supporting design parameters were evaluated. Finally, for the three supporting structures of weak supporting, medium supporting and strong supporting, the safety of every supporting structure was evaluated in the process of large deformation. The results show that the internal force distribution of medium one is more reasonable and the safety is improved for soft rock tunnel.
