BIM技術前世今生和在常規橋梁設計中的應用

摘要:通過對工程技術手段的縱橫向對比,理清了BIM技術的前世今生未來,回答了BIM技術是什么(是土木工程智能建造的產物)、從哪里來(來自機械工業技術)、到哪里去(被人工智能取代)的三大命題。將BIM設計技術與其它CAD技術進行對比,得出當前設計轉型路徑:常規橋梁設計應使用高效快捷的"BIM模型和二維工程圖"一鍵交付軟件,而不是低效的通用BIM設計軟件;特殊橋梁結構,設計人員應掌握有限元分析、三維設計軟件,以提升設計質量。傳統的二維工程圖一鍵成圖軟件添加三維模塊,是目前最快捷的常規橋梁BIM正向設計軟件開發路徑;在國外通用BIM設計軟件上二次開發是不可取的。采用"方案設計師+Mars+BIMFILM"軟件組合,通過實例,演示了常規橋梁BIM正向設計、虛擬現實、施工模擬等常用操作。

Past, present life of BIM technology and its application in conventional bridge design
Abstract:Through the vertical and horizontal comparison of engineering technology means, the past, the present life and the future of BIM are clarified. Three propositions of what BIM technology is (the product of intelligent construction in civil engineering), where it comes from (from mechanical industry technology), and where it is going (replaced by artificial intelligence) are answered. The BIM design technology is compared with other CAD technologies, and the transition path of current design is concluded: the conventional bridge design should use the efficient and quick "BIM modeling+two-dimensional engineering drawing" one-click delivery software, rather than the inefficient general BIM design software; For special bridge structure, designers should master finite element analysis and 3D design software to improve the design quality. The traditional two-dimensional engineering drawing software with the addition of three-dimensional module is the fastest development path of BIM forward design software for conventional Bridges at present; It is not advisable to redevelop the general BIM design software abroad. Using the software combination of "BridgeDesigner +Mars+ BIMFILM", the common operations of BIM forward design, virtual reality and construction simulation of conventional Bridges are demonstrated through examples.
